The only legit live TV I am aware of that integrates with Jellyfin easily is OTA media with HDHomeRun as the device converting it to IPTV. Or public television stations like PBS stations here in the US or NHK in Japan.
Other than that, I've only found legit IPTV that requires use of their app.
