I will preface by saying this is a repeat post, but maybe people browse here a bit more often than troubleshooting. Sorry, but my conversion project is on hold at the same time so 
I have been converting files for my Jellyfin server, and seeing how it is running on a raspberry pi I am doing all the transcoding prior. I have everything set as the vastly supported file types (H.264, MP4, Srt subs, etc.) But for whatever reason Jellyfin is reading the files as MKVs and forcing a container transcode. Windows shows these as MP4s so I am not sure where its pulling the MKV file type from.
