Audio is Faster than Video Over Time

Hi, I've been trying to solve this problem with the video and audio. When I start a movie at first the video seems fine, over time though (say 10-15 minutes) the audio starts to slowly move ahead of the video and it becomes very distracting and the only way to fix the problem is by rewinding, forwarding or scrubbing but it's only a temporary solution. I've watched the movie files and there no problems on that end.

I'm currently running an i3-12100
32GB of ram
ASUS ROG Motherboard
20TB Storage 7200rpm
running on Linux Mint
Jellyfin Server version is 10.8.13
I have hardware acceleration turned on


If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
