Probably not too long before the next version hits. Its been pretty much one release every week or two since 10.9.0 hit.
There is a way to apply just Ghost's fix to your server, but I am not familiar with the process. When I tested it on my system, I was running a manually compiled, separate instance without my server's existing data.
