Jellyfin-ffmpeg includes all the Intel drivers needed except OpenCL.
I am not sure if this will address the original problem. Both videos were direct playing the video and transcoding the audio only.
The problem might be with the original video. If this doesn't fix the problem, we can try repackaging the video the problematic video.
Is this the only video you are having trouble with?
