I can access jellyfinwebpage, but not connect to server

I can access jellyfinwebpage, but not connect to server

If I use my public domain to connect to jellyfin, I have access to a landing page, but need to select a jellyfin server, but I cannot connect to one.

I already did this and the issue is happening on all machines and apps.
