In the Android TV app, there is a setting to send logs to the server. Enable that setting, then try to replicate the issue. Hopefully it will generate some logs.
Once you do that, share both the client logs sent to the server as well as your jellyfin server logs and, if they exist, ffmpeg logs related to this playback.
