AndroidTV app does not play media after upgrading to latest server version

Upgrading Win 10 Jellyfin Server to 10.9.6 causes AndroidTV Client playback to do simply nothing

Unfortunately using LibVLC means you get H264/AVC instead of the superior H265/HEVC transcoding (using exoplayer)
