Instead of "jellyfin=10.9.6+ubu2204" you will probably have to specify server and web independently.
sudo apt install jellyfin-server=10.9.6+ubu2204 jellyfin-web=10.9.6+ubu2204 jellyfin-ffmpeg6
sudo apt install jellyfin-server=10.9.6+ubu2204 jellyfin-web=10.9.6+ubu2204 jellyfin-ffmpeg6
