Thanks again for the link. I've removed the NFO files from 10.8.x (filename.nfo) and left the 10.9.x (movie.nfo) versions as described in the post, rescanned all libraries, cleared app cache but the issue has not resolved. Additionally, Jellyfin is the only application accessing or creating nfo files, as there was mention of that being a possible cause.
I don't want to change my sig with every new version. I'm running whatever the currently packaged version for Ubuntu Server 22.04
