I'm having the same issue in Edge, on Windows 11, Jellyfin version 10.9.7
What's strange is that it only happens in fullscreen when the controls have already disappeared.
video is a 1080 H264 SDR.
Discokongo above said "- Have tried changing subtitle settings (like font and size and such), issue stays " BUT for me it only seems to be glitching when subtitles are on, and they are actively being displayed
