Jellyfin does not provide that information, that is correct however you could watch the github repro where new versions are announced when they come out. It then takes usually a few hours to build the containers. On the other hand there is a project that mostly wraps all that stuff for tizen into a container itself and there are plenty tools out there to watch for docker updates like watchdog. I figure with a bit of ingenuity you could maybe automate most of that stuff away.
