Help with show parts

Hi I was looking at the documentation for episode parts. What my server is doing is it is putting the episodes as two different episodes. For example, even if I have S02e02 part 1 and S02e02 part 2, it is setting the part 2 one as episode 3. Can someone give me a example of the correct way of naming the episodes so this doesn't happen?
