Ok with iGPU set to auto in bios, confirmed its off in Host /dev/dri only showing the RenderD128 which identifies via lspci as the A380.
No dialogs pop up on failure, only hangs.
QSV hangs on everything.
VA-API works, but is slower to start up than iGPU with QSV. This is usable, but obviously worse than iGPU. HDR content still hangs!
I know there are linux kernel issues with HDR conversion, but I'm unclear on how to resolve that. Does it need to be a newer linux kernel in the host or the lxc or both?
How can I diagnose why QSV isn't working?
