Ok realized there were some updates for the host, the container, and jellyfin. I'll do some more testing and come back. Initially it looks like QSV might be working?
EDIT: Absolutely not working. I had played a native h264 file by mistake. h265 files, QSV not working and now VA-API is no longer working. This is extremely demoralizing.
EDIT 2: I unchecked Hardware acceleration and now its working? And it shows up as activity on intel_gpu_top? I genuinely don't understand this.
