Proxmox LXC Not using Intel ARC 380, only iGPU

Oh interesting learned something today.
The Host (and the LXC) both are running:
Linux 6.8.8-3-pve x86_64

I'm assuming thats how the LXCs work, they piggyback off the host's kernel?
