At the top, you can check all the boxes except AV1. Also check Allow encoding in HEVC, Enable VPP tone mapping, Enable Tone mapping, Enable VBR audio, Throttle Transcodes, Delete Segments.

Change the transcode path to /config/transcodes.

Save and try again.
