After over a week on 10.9.8 (Windows server) I did a restart today and now the web page and media player applications show a black page. The Android mobile app is still working fine.
Using a private tab or another browser or deleting the cache on the Media Player does NOT help.
The browser console shows this error twice:
Error opening web socket: Error: Cannot open web socket without access token.
