You can however use the ID from it to identify the show and hopefully the other sources of metadata will get the correct show/movie to pull the metadata from there.
If you really want to use imdb, you can always do it by hand as Jellyfin lets you manually edit the metadata. Just copy paste the descriptions and titles of things as well as the artwork.
