Change image types on home page

Is there any way to get the bottom (portrait) view, but for Continue Watching & Next Up ?

No because the bottom portrait view is meant for show/season/movie views.

Next up shows episodes and therefore needs the landscape view to show what episode is next.

The option from the client setting works because the backdrop image is also in a landscape format.
