Am I reading that df output correctly? The root volume has ~17GB available? Keep in mind that transcodes are written to disk. I don't see any issue with the disk fillng up in the logs you provided, though. One thing I did notice is that you are using jellyfin-ffmpeg5. You SHOULD upgrade to jellyfin-ffmpeg6 for server 10.9. But, IIRC, you don't need to yet.

Can you share the full jellyfin log via pastebin?
