Do you only have this issue with your Infuse client? Or does it happen on other clients?
Log out on your Infuse client. Then go to Dashboard > Devices and delete all the tokens for Infuse clients. Then go to Dashboard > Scheduled tasks and run the infuse cache cleanup job.
Log back in on the Infuse client.
Thanks so much for the responses and taking the time to try and help me. After fiddling around more, I discovered that my reverse proxy LXC was running low on space, and so it was basically choking trying to send the data. Wasn't a Jellyfin issue at all. Thanks again for taking the time.
