    Most likely those are fun fact or trivia subtitles included as a bonus on the disc.

    It looks like you burned those subtitles into the video, so they're baked into the video.

    You'll have to redo the process to not burn in the subs the next time.

    Make sure to look at the subtitle section of Handbrake to disable the burn in.
