I have this problem too, and I found the problem after a quick search on the issue page, unfortunately there is no fix right now Confounded-face

Does this corresponds to the issue you are having ?
Were you watching your content when transcoding, or were you direct playing it ?

Keep me updated if there is a workaround for the time being.
