Chromecast not working with JF

Jellyfin will not play on TV with Chromecast

I just installed Jellyfin with default settings. Should I not be using "localhost"? Is that stopping it from casting to the Chromecast?
I just want to cast my videos from the PC to the TV.

My Specifications:
Jellyfin build 10.9.9
Windows 11 Home (x64)
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
RAM 32 GB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
Chromecast Gen 2
