No I don't think you have anything to worry about. You're (i assume) speaking of a 1:1 connection between your mobile device and the server. Esp if you're using https they really shouldn't be able to get much from you (yes there can be leakage). The ISP is (usually) only worried about torrents. And even then it's usually not ISP. RIAA or various law and whatever other offices run counter offensive torrent clients and watch what you're sharing. They then figure out who you are (by IP if you're NOT on a VPN, and they send a DMCA notice to the ISP for them to pass on to you, saying a user at that ip at that time was potentially sharing out x specific torrent.
Also, and don't take this as a legal opinion, but it seems these days the ISP's barely care. They want your money, that's why they give you "warnings" and only after pervasive use do they take other actions - if any. Just makes sense...if they suspend you, you're not paying them, and they take that personally lol You can look at various places on the net where people discuss such things and they will talk about X ISP being militant where Y send notice after notice and does nothing else.
At least that's one elf's opinion lol
Ah okay! Thank you for the info! I was a bit stressed about it haha, Thanks for your help
Have a good one!
