Judder in JF but not MPV

I'm not sure how to help you.  You shouldn't need to tweak all these settings in the player.

Thank you for attempting to help, but I'd like to hear from someone who does have an idea of what could be done.

You keep on telling me to do things that might help if I had judder in MPV, but I do not have judder in MPV. I have a smooth playback experience in MPV.

Decoding videos is not a problem on my system. My system decodes videos and plays them back smoothly without judder or stutter.

I am only experiencing problems with Jellyfin.
