Highly dependent on the clients in use by each user. The best recommendation is to know the compatibility of your (users') clients and the hardware they'll be running on. The next best thing is AAC with ≤ 5.1 channels. DolbyDigital+ isn't the codec I'd choose if I had my druthers, but to each their own.
