A couple of questions, are you using Cloudflare proxing for your setup? If so, I'd recommend disabling that since it is against CF's TOS to serve video through their free tier proxy service. But that can also be problematic for using your domain on, for example, mobile devices, that leave your LAN. Switch Cloudflare to DNS only.
Once you do that, do you know if your router supports "NAT loopback"? "NAT hairpin" is another name for it. When this is enabled your router will keep traffic local when you access your domain from the same LAN as the server.
