I will log an issue on github, all my players are now showing the following when playing Live TV, no matter what I attempt.
Transcoding and playback of all other media is unaffected, just the Live TV has stopped working completely now.
Still yet to experience any issues with the Live TV on Plex, there's something really weird going on with Jellyfin.

Jellyfin: 10.10.7
UNRAID: 7.1.3
8 drives (1 parity), 124TB capacity
