It appears that audio is the issue. Switching the audio options to 5.1 in app and the file plays perfectly fine now. This is strange because my TV allows for 7.1 TrueHD. I'm not sure why this would be an issue. Plex plays the 7.1 TrueHD files perfectly fine. Perhaps this is a Jellyfin app Roku bug?
