HDR10 and HDR10+ movies will not launch

I only mentioned DTS to contrast its codec abbreviations and how they compare to Dolby's various abbreviations and the omission of "truehd".

And it was omitted on purpose it seems. Rokus do not support Dolby TrueHD. So Plex is probably transcoding it as well, but to a container that supports Dolby Vision or HDR10, etc.

So I will look at this from that angle to see about changing the transcode container.
