SOLVED: Trancoding performance suddenly poor

Transcoding performance dropped to ~4 fps with corruption when playing on web and FireTV app

The issue is still the same with either QSV or VAAPI, and when I look at my shares in Unraid, the transcoding folder is on my SDD cache.
