I would assume your tags are broken somehow.
best to clear them completely and let it retag either manually (make sure you use the correct tags, not some custom tags that just look similar).
I'd recommend trying a batch with musicbrainz picard.
In general I can tell you that clean tags work just fine for me in jellyfin when tagged e.g. with picard but also with mp3tag.
