I downloaded jellyfin-ffmpeg 6.0.1-8 from here and replaced the files in my jellyfin portable folder but still the same problem sorry.

Yes there is no transcoding done for the x264 ones. Im surprised it needs to transcode for mp4 to be honest seems a bit odd the Fire TV cant accept mp4.
Anything else I can try?
Only other thing I tried was in the Fire TV jellyfin app if I enable "use external player" under the advanced playback settings then I can play the files fine (but with A/V sync issue) with VLC but I dont think its getting transcoded then.
