SOLVED: Unstable: Firefox/Chromium not playing AV1

I've switched my entire system from Dietpi to clean Debian and so far there are no stutters when playing AV1 videos.
It may have been a driver issue or an overload of applications on the VM.

Thanks all for the help, I'll keep transcoding my videos to AV1.
