    Whatever your phone doesn't support directly decoding. Just make sure that the settings in Jellyfin are correct.

    Nvidia has this matrix with all your GPU's codec suppport.

    Make sure that the decoding and encoding options are correct for your model. The list of check boxes are for decoding. The "Allow encoding" check boxes are for, obviously, encoding when video transcoding is needed. If you transcode a video that your GPU does not support decoding, that does not mean it won't play. The CPU will decode in that circumstance but still GPU encode.
