I might be misreading your message, but each and every server is used by one person for their own personal needs. They only thing shared is hardware and bandwidth, for those that don't wish to self-host on their own in-home hardware and maintain it. Each person "owns' their own server. Due to it being shared infrastructure, sharing their server with anyone outside of a few family/friends is strictly prohibited in addition to a few data and/or CPU/GPU intensive features.
