Chromecast HD not requesting transcoding for a 4K video, IF it has HDR10

When attempting to play a 4K HDR10 file on my Chromcast HD (non 4K) Google TV, it tries to direct play and fails after repeated attempts. A non HDR 4K succesfully requests to be transcoded down to 1080p and plays fine.

Thank you for your response, I have attached my jellyfin log and a MediaInfo export for two files that will not play.
