Hey all, I'm considering moving my Jellyfin server to a new machine that I will use as a workstation too. However it will be a Skylake Xeon so no iGPU for QSV. Will a cheap quadro card offer the same transcoding features as I currently have with my i5 7400?

Corsair 400W CX PSU
Windows 11 Pro
