TV channels only work with a VPN

I'm using Windows 11 and I watch custom made TV channels with DizqueTV via an M3U list, but Jellyfin will only ever play the channels when my VPN is running, when I turn it off the channels will stop playing, and on startup they won't start playing until I turn my VPN on. Any ideas how to fix this? I'm a novice by the way lol.
