Library scanning randomly stuck

I'm assuming you turned on debug logging by using adding a "logging.json" with the debug options. Remove that file and edit logging.default.json directly. You don't need to restart Jellyfin for these changes to take affect. For whatever reason, enabling debug through logging.json just generates a lot of junk.
