SOLVED: Media identification stopped working after update.

After upgrading to 10.9.11, jellyfin stopped identifying new media.

Diving into logs, I found that scan failed because of "ICU4N.Text.Transliterator" error. A quick search on this forum brought me to this thread which solved my issue
