"Could not start jellyfin server process after the specified wait period"

For some reason, I am getting this error message. Never happened to me before. When researching it, I tried suggestions previously given here, such as: rename all the ProgramData/Jellyfin/Server/config files. That didn't work either. All I did was restart the server.
