I've installed the latest version of Emby to give it a shot after jellyfin gave me issues. It worked in all features tested including Android remote play. Deleted then pruned the Emby install to try to get Jellyfin to work. I'm sure you are right that there is a networking issue. Just would rather all not work versus Android devices only. Apple devices work along with windows devices.
What networking type is the docker container using? And which docker image are you using?
And are you using https or a reverse proxy?

Then all of a sudden when I updated the server to v10.9.11 it started giving me "player error encountered" on my firestick. After a little bit it closes the stream and gives me another message saying "Too many errors. Giving up"
Works perfectly fine on PC and Apple iPhone just my firestick is not working. Also it only seems to happen with .mkv files. But what is even weirder is that some .mkv work but most don't. The files that don't work after the update have been working perfectly fine before.
Tried switching my player to VLC and that seemed to work (as in the video will play). But its really clunky. It takes you out of the Jellyfin app and the controls are really bad. Just not a big fan. Would way rather use the native player like I have been. When I switch the player it doesn't list all the players like it used to. Now it just gives you an option "use external player" and it defaults to VLC.
All .mp4 files seem to be working fine with any player no matter the device.
Is there any way to fix this asap? Again everything was working fine before the update.
Server Specs:
Jellyfin on Docker - 10.9.11
Server - Ugreen NAS DXP6800 Pro on there os
CPU - i5-1235U 10 Cores, 12 Threads
Ram - 8gb
Thank you.
I'd need to see logs. Can you share them via pastebin?
