Problem with new update, restarts show instead of continuing

When restarting chromecast, jellyfin starts up, and plays show from the beginning

No, just default settings. My problem occurs when I have jellyfin on, paused, then disable chromecast with google home, then reenable it. Before, it would go to chromecast startup screen, now it jumps straight to jellyfin, and restarts the program.
