IMO, there are too many layers of virtualization. It probably can't get out to the Internet. If you shared your jellyfin logs via pastebin, would could figure that out for certain.
The TrueNAS scale app on a baremetal TrueNAS install is already sub-optimal and not officially supported. Now there are two more layers of virtualization on top of that?
Why not install Jellyfin in it's own, dedicated LXC?
