doubt, update hardware

Hello,

is upgrading from an i5 7500 to an i5 10400 worth it ? My Optiplex sff already ran out of space to put more hard drives, even using a lot of usb external USB, therefore I am in the crusade to assemble a complete cabinet with more hdd brackets, and I am offered an i5 10400 for around 95-97 USD (marketplace seaarch), do you think it is worth it or I go for a slightly more powerful option ?

Anyway I don't plan to have something so powerful, I'm just asking since I'm going to buy a bigger PC case, I'd rather take advantage of upgrading the cpu and mobo so I don't have to do it in the future.
The users are currently around 15 to 20 on my server with Jellyfin

I am also open to recommendations for a better Intel cpu, to take better advantage of what is recommended in the Jellyfin documentation.
