Morning, and thank you. On the way home last night it dawned on me what I likely was doing wrong. I had the transcode, config, and cache sharing the same folder assuming they made subfolders on there own. So I think one of the jobs likely from the transcode was wiping the folder out when it finished with a task and would kill the other files. Once I broke them into different subfolders myself it worked without any issue. Rebooted it a few times, had people test it, and checked this morning and it's still working. So I am guessing that was my issue.
