I'm running Jellyfin from the latest Dockerhub image on a Synology DS920+ NAS. On the client side I'm using Infuse on an AppleTV connected to my tv. The server is connected to my router via ethernet, and the AppleTV is connected to the router by wifi at close range with a strong signal.
Last night was the first time I've tried this setup to watch a movie, and it did not go quite as expected. The movie would occasionally hang during playback, with a spinning icon in the middle of the screen that suggested it was loading/buffering the content. This would last for several minutes before playback would resume. What are the most likely explanations for this behavior and how can they be solved?
